SkyPark Celeste Phuket - Payment Plan

A reservation deposit of THB 100,000 applies (part payment for your property), followed by a 20% deposit upon signing of contract (SPA signing in Singapore at pre-scheduled time)

For completed ready-to-move-in residences (i.e. Blocks A & B), the remaining 80% is due on ownership transfer.

For residences under construction (i.e. Blocks C & D), a progressive payment plan based on the property's construction progress applies. A deferred payment / in-house financing plan is available to all buyers (without the need for pre-approvals) for up to 50% of the purchase price, payable in quarterly installments over 1, 3 or 5 years.

All payments are to be transferred through a bank in Foreign currency only (no Thai baht), instruct your bank that the funds have to reach Thailand in Foreign currency. This is so that the receiving bank in Thailand is able to issue a FET (Foreign Exchange Transfer) slip to prove the funds came from overseas.

Other Costs:
• Upon TOP/completion, 2% Transfer Fees (stamp duty) on the Registered Value is payable
